Friends of the Oshawa Public Library are proud to present the first annual McLaughlin Literary Festival to be held on Sunday September 18th 2011 from 10 am to 5 pm in the majestic gardens of the Parkwood Estate.

Join us for a day filled with readings featuring some of Canada’saward winning authors including Judy Fong Bates, Karen Connelly,Helen Humphreys, KateTaylor and many more. We will also be showcasing Durham Region’s rising writing talent. Copies of their books will be available for purchase thanks to Blue Heron Books.

Parking for the festival is in the parking lot of O'Neill High School on Mary St. North (there is no way to access the paking lot from Simcoe St).
